Account ID: The 12 characters in the upper-left of the in-game title screen

Please launch the game and check your Account ID before redeeming a gift code.
Once you have successfully redeemed the code, the item(s) will be sent to your Gifts Box in the mobile version of the game.
It may take time for the item(s) to be delivered to your in-game Gifts Box.
Please be mindful of the exchange conditions and validity period of the gift code. You cannot redeem a code if its expiry date has passed.
Once a gift code is used, it cannot be undone. Please check your Account ID before attempting to redeem your code.

If you enter a gift code incorrectly multiple times in a row, you will be unable to use this feature for a brief period of time.No limitations will be put in place if you inaccurately enter your Account ID.

2. Locate your 12-character ID in the upper-left corner of the title screen to the right of the word 'ACCOUNT'.
