- We have confirmed that only players meeting the following conditions may still have incorrect Divisions after the start of the new Season.
① If the season ends without playing a single match since the last promotion before the season transition.
② If you played a WPS match after maintenance without going through the home screen and without closing the game before maintenance.

World Premiership (WPS) Season 1 results were not properly reflected. During the emergency maintenance conducted on 3/2 at 9:00 (GMT), we implemented measures to reflect the Season 1 results and correct them to the appropriate Division.

Added on 3/2 13:30 (GMT)

- At the start of a new season, you will begin from one division lower than the division at the end of the previous season.
(Example) End of Season 1: Division 2 → Start of Season 2: Division 3
- Division 10 cannot be demoted.

- In Master 3 to 1, promotion, retention, or demotion is determined by rankings.
- Master 3 cannot be demoted to Division.

Additionally, we have implemented the following measures.

- For those whose Season 1 results were below the Master Division, if their Division after playing in the new Season was higher than their Division at the end of Season 1, we have ensured that they remain in the higher Division.
- In line with reflecting the original results of Season 1, we have reset the scores, points (Pt), and match counts of WPS acquired after the start of the new Season on 3/1.
- We have reset the match counts and reset counts for WPS on 3/2 (JST) to the initial state at the start of the day.

WPS's new Season starts with points (Pt) and match counts reset to zero. However, due to this issue, many players were placed in Divisions that did not reflect the original Season 1 results. Despite this, points and other data were being accumulated through matches in the new Season.

If points, match counts, and other data were maintained in this state, and the original promotion, maintenance, and demotion statuses were reflected, the points acquired in the new Season would directly affect the differences. Therefore, we have reset the points, match counts, and other play data acquired after the start of the new Season, ensuring that everyone starts from the original state at the beginning of the new Season.
