Notice Regarding Error Codes and Issues Such as Slow or Unstable Connections

This is Director Funakoshi.

We have confirmed issues such as various error codes being displayed and slow or heavy connections since the service launch.
We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide a comfortable gameplay experience.

We would like to inform you of the current situation and future responses.
As an apology, we will be sending compensation items at the following times:

2026/1/27 01:00 (PST)
2026/1/27 04:00 (EST)

■Regarding heavy network traffic affecting gameplay
In particular, regarding the issue where the "CONNECTING..." message frequently appears after 21:00, a large part of this is due to high access load, but there are also multiple fundamental design-related factors involved.

In the Career Mode, each communication with the server updates the league status, player status, development status, and match status for each manager.
This design was tested during the Closed Beta Test (CBT) under actual load, and any detected issues were identified and resolved.
However, after the start of the service, we have confirmed several issues that could not be detected during testing, and we are currently addressing them one by one.

At this time, not all issues have been fully identified, and we are working to address them sequentially.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

This week on 1/29, maintenance will take place and several measures will also be implemented at that time.
However, as mentioned above, this will not resolve all issues, and similar situations may continue.
Our development team will continue working with full dedication, but we deeply apologize for not being able to resolve the current situation immediately.

We understand that communication errors are stressful during gameplay.
We will make improvements here as well, but the measures will require a game update, and development on each platform will take some time.
We will strive to create an environment where players can enjoy the game as comfortably as possible.

■Regarding the "100104 Error"
We implemented a fix for the "100104 Error" yesterday, but we have confirmed that some users are still experiencing it.
We have implemented several additional responses in stages, not only at the timing of the initial announcement.
For managers who are still experiencing this issue, we kindly ask that you contact the support desk below.
We will check your account ID and proceed with recovery as needed.

■Regarding other error codes and issues
We have also confirmed the occurrence of error codes such as "−1," "10000," "100103," "100401," and "100112."
We are addressing the issues in order of impact, and we deeply apologize that some remain unresolved.
We will continue investigation and resolution efforts and provide updates as needed, so we kindly ask for your patience.
Regarding the widely reported issue where missions related to simultaneous player deployment are not being judged correctly, this is scheduled to be fixed during the maintenance on 1/29. Additionally, we are investigating the issue where emblems do not display correctly during schedule progression.
