Entry for the 4th Champions Cup Now Open
Thank you for your continued support of SEGA FOOTBALL CLUB CHAMPIONS.
The 4th Champions Cup is on the way!
You must have played at least 5 seasons in Career Mode to be eligible. Simply access the Events screen to enter.
Compete against other managers in league matches and tournaments to claim the championship!
Event Rules
The Champions Cup is divided into the 1st and 2nd Round qualifiers, followed by the Final Round.
In the qualifier rounds, users compete in a 10-club league, with other managers' registered decks appearing as CPU teams.
In the Final Round, the tournament will proceed in a home-and-away format using your registered decks.
*Approach affinity is enabled in all matches.
*If there are not enough participants in the qualifiers or the Final Round, the Leone AC CPU team will fill in.

*Due to the high volume of matches in the Round of 32 and Round of 16, it may take some time to calculate the results.
Qualifier Rounds
In the 1st Round, users are grouped into classes based on their final division in Season 4 of the World Premiership.
Rank changes after Season 5 begins do not factor into your class.
For example, if you finish Season 4 in Master 3 and are promoted to Master 2 after Season 5 starts, you will still be placed in Master 3.
During this round, 10 users of the same class will go head-to-head in a league.

The Away Deck you register during the entry period will be used in the qualifiers.
Your Away Deck acts as an opponent for other users.
From the Away Deck Confirmation screen, go to Squad Selection, choose the deck you want to use, then select the Register button in the top right.
Your class in the 2nd Round will change based on your ranking in the 1st Round.

Compete against other users and climb the rankings based on the points you've earned in each match!
Points from matches using your Away Deck will also be added to your total.

*The max increase you can earn from bonus players is 100%.
*Players with a 30% point bonus can be obtained at a set probability from the Featured Prime Scouting (until 23 June) and MLS Prime Scouting (until 30 June).

*Some 3★ Prime Players, including those obtained through distribution, may not qualify for the point boost.
*Users who do not play a single match will not receive a ranking for that round, resulting in their elimination.
*If no opponent is found for your away matches, points gained at the end of the round will be calculated as: average points earned per away match x the number of unplayed matches.
Final Round
Final Round class placement is determined by your 2nd Round ranking.

In the Final Round, you must register both a Home Deck and an Away Deck.
After an automatic match has concluded, you can view the replay from the Events screen.
You can also view them using the replay button next to scores in the tournament bracket.
*During the event, player conditions are fixed to Peak.
*Tournament bracket information is updated after all matches in each stage have concluded.
For example, info about the Round of 32 will be updated once all users have finished their match.
*On the Away/Home deck confirmation screen, selecting an empty bench slot will open the Reserves screen, but players cannot be swapped at this time.
